The FGA Officials will be on their toes (and their mobile phones) this Sunday coming as events take place at 3 different venues in the East Neuk.

In the morning the Fife Club Champion of Champions event takes place on the Craighead Links at Crail.

23 Club Champions line up to play for the Kirkcaldy Town Council Salver, with local member Fraser Carr looking to add to his tally of titles.

At the same time, on Crail’s Balcomie Links, the Handicap Singles and Handicap Doubles will be taking place. In the singles, the holder (Charleton) has battled his way to the final again, this time he has Burntisland Golf House Club’s representative standing in the way of the double. The doubles will be contested between Elmwood and Aberdour.

In the afternoon we have 2 new events on the calendar. Up at The Dukes there is an end of season play off for the Senior Order of Merit title, and at Dumbarnie there is the Junior equivalent. The top 12 available from the current rankings will line up in each event.

Good luck to them all.
