Fife are hosting the 2025 East of Scotland Women’s Championship, with the event being played at Elie GC on Sunday 5th October. Entry is open to any female golfer who is a member of East Lothian County Ladies Golf Association, Fife Golf, Midlothian County Ladies Golf Association and Stirling & Clackmannan County Ladies Golf Association.

Entry to the event is via the Scottish Golf APP, with payment made by card at time of entry. In the Scottish Golf app, select the Events tab and then search for “Fife Golf” (do not select FCLGA or FGA) and ensure that you select the “Open” tab, which should then display the East of Scotland Championship 2025 entry page.

Entry is open now and is capped at 90 players (if the event is oversubscribed, a ballot based on handicap at the time of event closing is used to determine the final field) – we look forward to seeing a strong representation from Fife players in this event.

Eligibility
The Women’s East of Scotland Championship is open to members of Fife, East Lothian, Stirling & Clackmannan and Midlothian counties. However, players must not:

1.        Be a member of any other unamalgamated Scottish Ladies County outside the East Division (except if they are an honorary member who has elected not to be available for selection for that County’s women’s or girls’ team in the calendar year), or
2.        Be a member of an amalgamated County / Area association outside the East Division and have elected to be available for selection for that association’s women’s or girls’ team in the calendar year.
